For me, yoga is a practice  of discipline, precision and inner strength.

My approach

I began practicing yoga at 16, what started as curiosity gradually became discipline — and eventually a long-term commitment.

After completing my formal teacher training in Hatha Yoga, I continued my studies in functional anatomy for yoga, where I discovered the alignment principles of the Iyengar method. This foundation shapes the way I teach — structured, attentive and precise.

My classes develop strength, flexibility and stability while cultivating breath awareness, mental clarity, balance and presence. The use of supportive props ensures that practice remains safe and accessible, regardless of physical condition.

Alongside my teaching and ongoing exploration of anatomy, I have also studied Ayurvedic medicine, which deepens my understanding of balance, lifestyle and individual constitution, enriching the way I support each student.

I value consistency over intensity and integrity in movement. My intention is to support a practice that strengthens resilience, cultivates balance and integrates presence into daily life — on and beyond the mat.

What continues to inspire my teaching is witnessing how consistent practice gradually transforms the way we move, breathe and relate to ourselves and others.

Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher (200h, CPY), with advanced training in Yoga Functional Anatomy (200h, Embodied Yoga Anatomy) and Ayurvedic MedicineTechnique (300h, Amayur).

"Your teaching style brings calm, presence, and authenticity. You always guide us with care, openness, and dedication in every practice."
