​Yoga Sessions are monthly thematic extended workshops, each dedicated to the in-depth exploration of a specific family of postures.

Every edition centres on a clear technical focus — such as standing postures, backbends, inversions or hip opening — allowing time to build understanding progressively and practice with greater precision.
The longer format creates space for structured sequencing, detailed alignment refinement and conscious breath integration, moving beyond the scope of a regular class. Throughout the session, we explore fluid sequences that cultivate strength and vitality, while respecting the natural rhythm of the body — without urgency or comparison.

Each workshop concludes with a guided integration phase — pranayama or deep relaxation (yoganidra), allowing the body to settle, the mind to quiet and the nervous system to regulate.
