Yoga Classes
These classes combine Hatha Yoga with the alignment principles of the Iyengar method, offering a conscious, safe, and transformative practice. The focus on correct posture execution, breathing, and listening to the body allows you to develop strength, flexibility, and balance, promoting emotional stability and body and breathing awareness. The use of support materials makes classes accessible to everyone, allowing each student to practice safely and with respect for their body, regardless of their physical condition.
